Syndeticom Electrical and Communications Pty Ltd (Syndeticom) is a telecommunications installation, maintenance and services contractor servicing small, medium and large commercial enterprise. We have two business units, Telecommunications and Electrical Cabling Division and Technical Services Division.

Our Telecommunications and Electrical Cabling Division provides design, engineering and installation of voice, data and electrical cabling for commercial office fitouts and data centres as well as ongoing maintenance work. In this division specialise in installation of structured cabling to support voice and data services as well as electrical power and lighting.

Our Technical Services Division provides a range of services involving Voice Network design, engineering, configuration, installation and maintenance for the Avaya Definity systems, Avaya Enterprise VoIP systems and Avaya IP Office Systems as well as Managed Telecommunications Services, and IP Video Security systems.

The company was formed in 1992 by Randall Lumbewe Randall has forty years experience in the Electronics and Telecommunications industry and has been successful on providing a customer focussed service business making fitout and installation projects easy for our clients. We have built up a team of industry professionals enabling us to provide design, engineering project management and installation services. Our Technical Services Division complements the Cabling Division enabling Syndeticom the ability to provide a more complete offering, be it for patching and managed services, for ongoing technical support or for the supply of a professionally configured Voice over IP system to meet customer business requirements.

Our customer base covers a number of vertical markets, in particular the Finance and Banking Industry and the ICT industry where we continue to provide services to a number of high profile Data Centres. Both of these industries are mission critical in their nature and our customer service focus has enabled us to maintain our customer base over many years. Additionally we service the Transport, Education and Manufacturing industries.

We provide services to our clients nationally and internationally. In 2005, Syndeticom became the Australasian Partner to the Lantro Global Alliance Partnership. This is a unique Global Alliance of Telecommunications Cabling company’s, all with similar philosophies, strategies, standards and ethics, affording the ability to provide services our customers wherever we have partners. Lantro (LantroVision) is the largest communications cabling company in Asia and have had the vision and ability to assemble like minded businesses Globally to start the Alliance.

Syndeticom has chosen high end product lines to supply to our customers and these vendors have been long term relationships who have continued to support us and our customers. Syndeticom is a Prestige Business Partner for Commscope’s Systimax, Certified Installer for Siemon and ADCKrone.
